Terms and Conditions – Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 calendar days from date of receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

All correspondence regarding returns, refunds and the like must be in writing and approved by Ninos Java.

Goods damaged on arrival must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Notification outside of this period is subject to Ninos Java discretion. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging must be kept and documented as part of evidence.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior written agreement.
